Reduce your carbs!

A very easy way to lose weight is to cut down on those carbs!

Eat less potatoes, pasta, rice… If possible, cut them out completly and instead eat lots of fruit and vegetables. You’ll soon see that weight start to drop off!

Have one day a week where you can indulge on whatever you want, but remember to stay strict on those other days.

The New Way of Following Calorie Intake

Hi guys,

I recently stumbled across this brilliant site which lets you keep track of what you eat and also how much exercise you do. MyFitnessPal.com is an amazing tool, and I can’t believe they give you what it does free! It even has an app for iPhone and a few other platforms.

I really, truly recommend this if you honestly want to lose weight, and it helps you see what your food choices are doing to you.

You have an online account which you can update as much or as little as you want and you can also have friends on it. It shows you their progress and in my case it motivates me more than anything I’ve ever tried before.

So give it a try, no catch, really.
